About Us

We use advanced EEG technology, a non-invasive method for tracking brain signalling and function, to detect potential anomalies, including early signs of dementia. Although our service is still in development and being refined for public availability, we will offer a comprehensive and personalized report with insights into brain health and recommendations for prevention or intervention strategies.

The Problem

Dementia is increasingly prevalent and the biggest unmet medical need of our society.

The impact on individuals is profound, often leading to a loss of independence and quality of life. For families and caregivers, the emotional and financial burden can be overwhelming.

Unfortunately, rising dementia numbers represent unrealistic challenges for the NHS.

Our Solution

WellBrain’s technology uses EEG (electroencephalography), a non-invasive method that records the electrical activity of the brain, and combines it with novel computational methods. Unlike traditional diagnostic tools, our EEG technology is comfortable, quick, and easy to use, allowing individuals to undergo regular brain health checkups without the stress and inconvenience of more invasive procedures.

By monitoring brain signalling and function regularly, WellBrain’s innovative method is being developed to detect early signs of dementia-related changes long before noticeable symptoms appear. This early detection is crucial, as it opens the door to timely and effective intervention strategies that can slow the progression of dementia and enhance cognitive function.
